My reply:

Dear Apple,

I am NOT an Apple customer, simply because you do not allow me to be one.

in 2009 you refused to sell me an album because ‘that content is not available in the stores for your country’. In 2012 you refused to sell me video content, again, because ‘unfortunately, movies are not available in the Romania iTunes Store at this time’.
So as long as you continue to treat me as a third-rate customer, please refrain from sending me messages.
EVER.

Sincerely,
a leper with a Romanian IP
